Giorgi Giorgadze has 12+ years of experience conducting impact evaluations and quantitative performance evaluations and utilizing advanced data collection statistical and analysis methods and procedures.
From 2007 Giorgadze served as a Metadata Statistician for the Millennium Challenge Corporation Urban Institute, a sub-contractor of NORC at the University of Chicago, where he assisted with impact evaluations of MCC-funded infrastructure and agriculture programs. Since 2013, Mr. Giorgadze managed and implemented 15+ evaluations of USAID projects on various topics including agriculture, energy, social inclusion, women, IDPs etc, under USAID IQC subcontract with Mendez England & Associates. Giorgadze also served as Monitoring & Evaluation Manager at Teacher Professional Development Center, under MCC second compact - Training Educators for Excellence (TEE) Project, where he developed online MIS for the project, covering 300 trainers accounts and training data of 18000 stem teachers and 2000 principals all across the Georgia.
Dea Tsartsidze - Senior Researcher
A senior researcher with over 10 years of professional experience working and consulting with leading national and international development organizations; with extensive sectoral exposure ranging from open government and public administration reform to agriculture, livelihoods, and rural development. Leveraging an academic background which includes a Master of Public Administration from the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer, a Master of Arts in Sociology from Ilia State University and a Bachelor of Political and Social Sciences from Tbilisi State University.
Key skills and expertise include Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), quantitative and qualitative impact and performance evaluations, data analysis, and reporting.
Zurab Nabakhteveli - Statistician
Zurab Nabakhteveli has nine years of experience working with International and government organizations. Currently, he’s working as Database Manager/statistician at IT, Research & Metadata Solutions (IRMS), responsible for data entry system maintenance, cleaning and quality assurance. He’s also Head Of Operation Planning and Managerial Information Division of Georgia Revenue Service.
Mr. Nabakhteveli’s carrier started at Department of Statistics under Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia as the Senior Specialist at National Accounts, subdivision of Macroeconomic Division, where his duties included calculation of output and intermediate consumption at Financial, Educational and Health Care fields and GDP calculation.
Mr. Nabakhteveli also has extensive experience in designing questionnaires, sampling design and data collection while participating in UNDP project of Capacity Development of the State Department of Statistics of Georgia for the Accurate Estimation of the Informal Economy.
